We provide staffing services in all professional fields for social workers but place extra emphasis on assignments within the social services area and then in particular within individual and family care. We offer social workers for jobs such as a social welfare secretary, administrator, supervisor and manager.
How do you provide quality assurance for the social workers you use for hiring?
Before each assignment, we conduct at least two personal interviews with the social worker in question. In addition, we always check with the relevant learning institute, make copies of diplomas and approved personal ID documentation. We always contact at least three relevant references who undergo a thorough interview.

How long has Agila been in business?
Agila launched its business in 2008 under the name Vårdassistans and changed the name to Agila in 2016. The aim of the business has been the same from the outset,
healthcare staffing and since 2015 we also work with
social worker staffing.
Why did you change your name from Vårdassistans to Agila?
One of the reasons why we changed our name was to enable us to expand into other areas of operation not associated with healthcare, such as social worker staffing. Besides, the name Agila is easier to pronounce and is associated with words like flexible, adaptable and responsive, which are in line with our values.
