Salary and conditions for locum nurses
Agila offers a high and competitive level of pay which our locum nurses truly appreciate based on the work they do. The level of pay is individual and based on factors such as the locum nurse's specialisations, experience and flexibility. Pay for work performed during unsocial hours (unsocial hours surcharge) is paid under the terms of the current collective agreement with the Swedish Medical Association.
As a locum nurse you decide if you want to work as an Agila employee or invoice us through your own company. We pay our employed locum nurses twice a month.
