Active environmental work

Agila works actively on environmental issues and has an ISO 14001 certification. Practical examples of our environmental work include the sorting of waste and wherever possible avoiding long trips for our locum physicians, temporary nurses and temporary social workers to minimise negative environmental impacts.

Quality work

We are convinced that the key to success is prioritising quality. As part of our quality assurance work, Agila's control & monitoring system for physician staffing, nurse staffing and social worker staffing is quality assured in accordance with ISO 9001. This certification entails that our work is based on a quality system which imposes high demands on the processes involved in the day-to-day work. Essentially, the standard is based on eight principles:

Social commitment

For us at Agila, social commitment is a natural and important issue - all the work we do revolves around medical and healthcare as a socially-supportive function.

Agila constantly donates a portion of the company's profits to charitable causes and catastrophe-stricken areas. SAS Children's Villages, Plan Sverige and Doctors Without Borders are organisations to which Agila has donated and continues to donate to on a regular basis.
