As Consultant Manager, you are part of a team where you are constantly challenged to get better and where you are involved and drive ongoing development. How you plan your working days is very much up to you, although of course it is done with support in the form of guidelines, systems and support. You can liken it to running your own business in the company. You build and develop your own consulting and customer relationships. Initially, it is a lot about exploration and meeting booking. Then long-term relationships and in-depth collaborations. We are looking for you who want to work as a partner for both our consultants and customers. We see that you are a person who pushes yourself to reach further, because you know it pays off. You should be a person who is attracted to setting the framework for your working day and your results. You have an education in HR, finance, entrepreneurship or similar. Alternatively, you have a few years' work experience in sales, research or similar. If you have worked in the staffing industry, it is a plus but not a requirement. You must have good knowledge of Swedish because it is necessary for you to be able to perform your daily tasks.
