Your role
You are responsible for staffing and matching competent doctors and our clients. We work according to set goals that you individually and in your team are driven to achieve. You build your own customer and consultancy stock and work actively to recruit new consultants for Agila. Your work tools are mainly phone and mail. You are responsible for the entire crew process, which means everything from the innovated by contact to follow-up of completed work. The healthcare service cooperates with a physician without borders

For social assistance, social commitment has always been an important issue. Since 2013, we have, among other things, supported Plan Sweden in their work to build and run preschools in Rwanda.

In the village of Nyaruguru, where preschools were built, the "Day of the African Child" was celebrated on June 16th. This is a day since 1991 celebrating education and development for children and young people. This year, this day was highlighted by bringing together children, parents and leaders from the village and celebrating together. The mayor of the town and other district leaders had a walk in the premises and at the ceremony all the children had a great backpack and a water bottle.

Program Rwanda Program Manager was in place, and together with the mayor, they talked about the benefits of letting the children go to pre-school instead of working in the fields with their parents. Many parents were in place and everyone agreed that it was a very successful gathering.
