Agila donates this year's Christmas gift to Drive For Health!

This year we donate our Christmas gift to Drive For Health - Destination Peru. Drive For Health is a politically and religiously independent charity whose idea is based on delivering education, care vehicles and medical equipment worldwide.

In the upcoming project, an ambulance will be driven throughout South America to finally deliver it to a hospital in Peru. Along the way, on the way to Peru, ongoing health examinations will also be done. A food truck will also go along to create a natural meeting place between the locals and the team from Drive For Health.

Agila supports Giving People - an organization that works to help families with children living in financial vulnerability

Giving People provides emergency assistance in the form of food, diapers, children's clothing and other important necessities. Agila grows and opens offices in Piteå

The staffing company Agila is taking another step. The expansion continues and Agila opens an office in Piteå. Jonas Danell and Erik Hagnelöv will be responsible for the establishment of the local office. Both Jonas and Erik have many years of experience in care staffing and both have previously worked for Agila in Stockholm.

"We see great growth potential in Norrbotten and Västerbotten and therefore it is natural for us to establish ourselves in this region," says Jonas Danell, responsible for the office in Piteå.

You are responsible for the entire staffing process, which means everything from newcomers of contact to follow-up of completed work. Your area of responsibility also includes contract negotiations with clients and responsibility for building up and maintaining a good and long-term relationship with them. Your dialogue with the consultant concerns everything from selection, negotiations regarding salary / fee to matching the consultant's competence to the customer's demand.

Your qualifications
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in telephone and / or store sales, research or similar. Alternatively, you have an education in economics, entrepreneurship or similar. If you have worked in the staffing industry and have had a leading role, this is a plus but absolutely not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are proactive and identify activities that lead in the direction of the goal. You are triggered by doing business and are not afraid to use the phone as a work tool.

Agila hires an HR manager

Karin Berengren Juhlin is now starting at Agila and will work as HR manager. Karin most recently came from a role as HR partner at Södersjukhuset, where she was responsible for four clinics. Prior to that, Karin has a background from the financial industry where she worked to build an HR function and support managers in leadership issues. Karin is warmly welcomed.

New colleague for the nursing staff

Agila wins nationwide agreement - staffs doctors all over Norway

Following extensive and thorough procurement through Norwegian Sykehusinnkjøp HF, Agila has been awarded a national agreement as a supplier of medical staff in Norway. The agreement covers all four Regional Health Enterprises and Agila will be able to offer assignments in all areas of expertise.
