Your role You are responsible for staffing and matching competent doctors to clients around Sweden as well as the right socionomas for social services or municipalities. We work towards set goals that you, individually as well as in your team, are driven to achieve. You build your own customer and consultancy portfolio and work actively to recruit for Agila's new consultants where, above all, telephone and mail are your work tools. You are responsible for the entire staffing process, which means everything from newly created contact to follow-up of completed work. Your area of responsibility also includes contract negotiations with clients and responsibility for building up and maintaining a good and long-term relationship with them. Your dialogue with the consultant ranges from selection, negotiations regarding salary / fees to matching the consultant's competence with the customer's demand. Your qualifications We are looking for you who have some years of experience in telephone and / or store sales, research or similar. Alternatively you have a degree in finance, entrepreneurship or similar. If you have worked in the staffing industry and have had a leading role, it is a plus but absolutely no requirement. The most important thing is that you are actionable and identify activities that lead in the direction of the goal. You are triggered by doing business and are not afraid to use the phone as a tool.
