Information regarding the Corona virus

Agila closely monitors the development of coronavirus and Covid-19 disease. We have a contingency group that has a close dialogue and that meets daily. We also have ongoing dialogues with our customers and do our utmost to support the care when it needs us most, while we solve situations for consultants who are affected.

New CEO of Agila Doctor

Alexander Blomstedt has been appointed new CEO of Doctor. Alexander has solid experience in the industry and has the right background to lead Agila Doctor in the future. Alexander has been involved since Agila was founded and is an important cultural carrier. During his years at Agila, Alexander has successfully run various teams and projects and is now ready for this challenge. Congratulations Alexander!

Agila donates this year's Christmas gift to Drive For Health!

This year we donate our Christmas gift to Drive For Health - Destination Peru. Drive For Health is a politically and religiously independent charity whose idea is based on delivering education, care vehicles and medical equipment worldwide.

In the upcoming project, an ambulance will be driven throughout South America to finally deliver it to a hospital in Peru. During the road, on the way to Peru, ongoing health examinations will also be done. A food truck will also be on hand to create a natural meeting place between the locals and the team from Drive For Health.

Agila acquires Youmi

Agila acquires Youmi, which means that the operations within medical staffing and socionom staffing will now be part of Agila's brand.

For Youmi's consultants, this will mean an even wider range and greater variety of assignments, while Agila's clients will have access to more skilled and experienced consultants. Through the acquisition, Agila will receive an addition of six talented employees who will be involved and contribute to our growth ambitions.

Agila supports the Night Walkers

Agila supports Giving People - an organization that works to help families with children living in financial vulnerability

Giving People provides emergency assistance in the form of food, diapers, children's clothing and other important necessities. Since its inception in September 2013, the organization has provided a large number of food bags, clothing and hygiene items to over 15,000 families with children throughout Sweden, and the strength lies in the ability to make rapid efforts. When a family with children turns to Giving People, they receive help within a few hours up to a few days, depending on how urgent the situation is. Unfortunately, the need is very great. Today, about a quarter of a million Swedish children live in poverty, about 12 percent of all children in Sweden can not pretend to get food every day or clothes and shoes according to season and size. Swedish Psychiatric Congress 2019

Agila will be present at the Swedish Psychiatric Congress, which this year will be held at the Munich Brewery on 13-15 March.
